Project Description: The G.O.L.D.E.N Initiative stands for the Gift Of Library Development for Educating the Needy. This initiative is led by the 501[(c)(3)] nonprofit Chirag Hope. We aim to set up 30 mini-libraries in the primary schools of Andra Pradesh and Telangana, India. Each library requires $150. These libraries will help the students in those areas have easier access to books than going to their nearest library, which is 10+ miles away!
Project Target: 30 mini libraries
Project Cost: $7500 (150$ per library)
